Heavenly Homemade Brownies: A Bite of Bliss

Hey there, chocolate lovers! Today's blog is all about bringing a touch of sweetness into our lives with a classic homemade brownie recipe that will have everyone begging for more. Imagine the richest, most decadent brownies that melt in your mouth with every bite—sounds irresistible, right?

Ingredients:

  • 225 g dark chocolate
  • 225 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup white sugar (150 g)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (200 g)
  • 1 cup flour (140 g)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 338°F (170°C) on a conventional setting (upper and lower heat).
  2. In a bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter. Melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each until smooth.
  3. In a mixer, beat eggs with white and brown sugar using a balloon whisk for about five minutes until the mixture is lighter in color (it shouldn't be stiff).
  4. While continuing to beat, gradually mix in the melted chocolate, then gently fold in the flour until fully incorporated. Use a spatula to ensure the mixture is smooth and even.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined 23x23 cm baking pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out with moist crumbs (be careful not to overbake).
  6. Immediately place the brownies in the freezer for about two hours.
  7. Then, remove from the pan, slice into squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Trust me, these brownies are the epitome of chocolate heaven and they are perfect for any occasion. So, what are you waiting for? Dive into the full recipe on my blog and treat yourself to a bite of bliss today!
