There's always room for chocolate chip cookies! This recipe will guide you to create the most delightful, crispy-yet-melty chocolate chip cookies you've ever tasted. The key to achieving that perfect texture? Use soft butter and don't skip the creaming step – it's crucial for light, fluffy cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature, around 180°C (356°F). Line your baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  3. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Using two spoons, place dollops of the cookie mixture on the tray, ensuring there's about 3cm (1.2 inches) between each cookie.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the cookies firm up.
  6. While still warm, carefully remove the cookies from the tray with a spatula and transfer them to an airtight container. Before sealing the container, let the cookies cool completely to retain their crispiness.

Enjoy baking these delightful chocolate chip cookies, and don't forget to share the joy (and maybe a cookie or two) with your loved ones! 🍪❤️
